How it works

Apply castor oil to area afflicted by scar tissue.

Apply a heat pack on the same area for 20-25 minutes.

Utilize self-massage for 5-10 minutes following the heat treatment to work on breaking up the scar tissue.

Story

Ever had a tear that resulted in scar tissue? I tore my MCL when I was 15; as a competitive basketball player and teenager, I had little time and almost no resources to rehab it properly. Fast forward to my 20s and I was progressively losing mobility and range of motion in that knee. After seeing...chiropractors, osteopaths, massage therapists, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and anyone else I thought could help reduce the knee pain, I finally became frustrated and gave up....

Until not long ago, I met a massage therapist that specializes in injury rehabilitation. As soon as she felt my knee, she alerted me to the massive scar tissue where I had once torn the MCL. She did some intense release work on the tissue and advised me to start using castor oil packs and self-massage to keep breaking it up.

Though I've not been doing the castor oil packs for an extended amount of time, I can feel a major improvement in my mobility as well as a reduction in pain! Yeah!
