oil pulling for sensitive gums

How it works


Put 2 tsps coconut oil in your mouth.( Best to do when you first wake up but later is better than not at all)

Swish it around for 10 to 20 minutes (You can swish for less than 10 but do not swish for more than 20 minutes)

Spit out into a plastic bag (I use my old plastic veggie bags)

Rinse out your mouth with water..
