How it works
Take 5 pellets of Coffea Cruda when you're having trouble sleeping due to overcaffeinated. (Avoid taking it within 15 minutes of eating or brushing your teeth with minty toothpaste.)
Tip: keep some on your bedside table so it's easy to access when needed.
What you'll need
I love my daily coffee – but if I drink it after 2 PM, I find myself unable to fall asleep that night. The obvious solution is to not drink coffee after 2 PM, but sometimes it happens (I run a cold brew company and have to taste-test every batch, regardless of the extraction time). When I do, and when I'm then lying awake wishing I were asleep, I take 5 little pellets of Coffea Cruda. That usually does the trick. In 20 minutes or so, I'm calm enough to sleep. Unlike Melatonin, I don't wake up groggy after taking Coffea Cruda. (I take Melatonin a few times a year, on the rare occasion that I'm both having trouble sleeping and am able to sleep in the next day.)
