How it works
My favorite breakfast is avocado & egg toast with a sprinkle of cayenne. It energizes me for the day and keeps me full until lunch! Packed with (good) fats, healthy grains and protein, it's a great way to start the day. It's so delicious, nutritious and easy. It's also great if you're on the go!
Bonus: Sometimes I add diced red bell peppers or shredded carrots to change things up. YUM!
