How to unwind after a long day at work
It worked

I just had my first lavendar-coconut oil- salt bath, it was fantastic! The coconut oil was a great addition, and I am not someone who even really likes baths. Thank you for the great tip/recipe.

I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis and found that adding a few drops of liquid kelp to a glass of water every morning really helps me get going. Thanks so much for the tip, super helpful!!

The blessing exercise has been transformational in my life, I have become much more aware of my feelings, and rather than push them down, by acknowledging and blessing the emotions I have experienced great relief.
