What are ideas to naturally block estrogen?

Metastatic Breast Cancer (stage 4) positive receptors. Desperately need to block estrogen causing metastasis rapidly. Was using Fulvestrant inhections for iver a year and now cancer seens to have outsmart that .. dr is suggestingthat i start IBRANCE with Letrozole 6 weeks ago..yikes. Is anyone using this therapy? Would like to hear your thoughts on it. I refused chemo and rad early on. Now challenged with mets to bones, lungs, stomach and uterin wall and swollen lymph nodes ..
I am confident that there is a way. I do have the will.
